The Team You’ll Join
A diverse and collaborative team of colleagues (ages 20s to 60s), combining fresh ideas with experience. While challenges can arise—especially with **emotional distress or behaviours of concern—**there’s always a supportive team to rely on. Our three-flat community ensures a close-knit family Feel, while living spaces remain individual, private, and independent.
The Role: What You’ll Do
- Support people to live independently in their own homes, tailored to their unique needs
- Build positive, trusting relationships—the cornerstone of successful care
- Provide assistance with personal care, medication management, and daily living skills
- Promote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes during both routine and challenging moments
- Encourage involvement in local community activities, align with personal interests
- Apply person-centred approaches to ensure dignity, choice, and autonomy
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care that adapts to changing needs
- Empower residents to make their own decisions while providing necessary reassurance
