Support Worker – Littleburn Service (Night/Overnight Shift)
Location: (Single-site basis) Role: Dedicated Support Worker (Overnight Worker) Night Shift: 9pm – 8am (3 nightshift per week + 1 sleep-in)
Why This Role?
Our service has five residents: 🔹 Wendy (nonverbal) and Timothy (nonverbal) who require patience and adaptable communication 🔹 9 residents in total: Ages 22–68, with diverse backgrounds, personalities, and routines Life rarely ever quiet! We laugh, socialise, enjoy films, and regular outings—yes, even when ‘working’.

Shift Pattern
📍 Core Day Staff: 3 roles per day 8am–9pm or 8am–8pm 🛌 Overnight (Sleep-In): Single dedicated worker for 24-hour shifts (8am overnight start) 🏙️ 3-4 shifts per week (see contract for full schedule).
