  • Hourly Wage: £13.86 per hour
  • Six months service completion bonus: £500

The Role: Support Worker (Bank)

Company: Community Integrated Care Location: Westhill, Aberdeenshire Target Hires: Female Support Workers Specialisation: Inclusive daily support for three women in shared permanent housing.

As a Support Worker, you’ll step into their world with:

✅ Hands-On Support: Direct care activities including:

  • Medication management
  • Meal preparation and learning life skills
  • Assistance with mobility, showering, and all levels of self-care
  • Homelife maintenance (general home needs)
  • Personalized financial management

✅ 24/7 Presence: On-call commitment to care round-the-clock.

✅ Team Collaboration: A diverse team ensures flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepovers.
