** Benefits**
- Hourly Wage: £13.86 per hour
- Six months service completion bonus: £500
- 1 January bonus of 1 week’s Pay for +15mls service

The Role: Support Worker (Bank)
Company: Community Integrated Care Location: Westhill, Aberdeenshire Target Hires: Female Support Workers Specialisation: Inclusive daily support for three women in shared permanent housing.

As a Support Worker, you’ll step into their world with:
✅ Hands-On Support: Direct care activities including:
- Medication management
- Meal preparation and learning life skills
- Assistance with mobility, showering, and all levels of self-care
- Homelife maintenance (general home needs)
- Personalized financial management
✅ 24/7 Presence: On-call commitment to care round-the-clock.
✅ Team Collaboration: A diverse team ensures flexible shifts, including weekends and sleepovers.
