Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals and deliver positive person centred outcomes for people with complex support needs who rely on our services.
You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.

Ringwood & Verwood Dorset
Two fantastic women who share a home in Ringwood are looking for a warm, energetic female Support Worker to join their small, friendly team. They require shared support in their home 24/7, with additional 1:1 hours available for each of them during the week and at weekends.They love music, arts & crafts, fun activities and spending time with positive, lively people. If you have a bubbly personality and enjoy bringing joy into someone’s day, they would love to meet you!You will be supporting two women who live together and attend a local day centre during weekdays. Some days are half days, giving each of them their dedicated 1:1 time in the home or out in the community. You’ll help them maintain their routines, promote independence and life skills, enjoy their hobbies, and feel safe and supported in their environment.This role requires someone who is:

What is required from you?
Various shifts available,
We are looking for Bank Support Workers to join our Outreach Team,
Sleep Shifts; Paid at £60 per night (10pm-7am)
Flexibility to cover a mixture of day shifts, evenings and weekends is required
A minimum of 12 months on your legal right to work

As part of your day to day work you will be offering the following;
Encouraging – people to play active roles in the communities in which they live, to encourage independence.
Supporting – Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.
Communicating - effectively communicate using people’s chosen methods
Engaging - promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life
Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches
Recording - keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
