About Us
Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We transform lives by delivering high-quality, person-centred support that fosters independence and empowerment.
Our charity was founded in 1988 and we were one of the pioneers of the ‘Care in the Community’ agenda, enabling people to move out of long-stay institutions and live more fulfilling lives.

Role Overview
2 young ladies who have recently moved into 142 Thornaby Road. We both attend day services which we both really enjoy and have lots of friends. There is always one staff member present at all times and includes one staff member doing a sleeping night -to support us if we need any support during the night. Staff will support us to attend our Day Services, support with 1-1 support either within the community or within our home. Will help us both to be more independent within our home and out in the community.

About You
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
