Prime Life are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join their friendly team as a Support Worker, on a bank basis. We currently have multiple vacancies and need to meet candidates soon for interviews.
About the Role
This role is based at Clarence House in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. The facility offers support to 21 residents, each living with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Aspiring Support Workers must be patient, understanding, and respectful, ensuring personalised and dignified care.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Providing respectful support to residents while fostering their highest possible quality of life.
- Offering companionship with emotional and practical support.
- Helping residents take part in decisions about their daily routines.
- Assisting with daily needs, such as:
- Personal care
- Recreational activities
- Escorting residents outside the home
- Promoting independence in meal preparation
- Collaborating with professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans.

Requirements
Successful candidates will:
- Have a genuine desire to care and make a real difference for residents.
- Exemplify patience, empathy, and respect for diverse abilities.
- While prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is advantageous, full training is provided.
