About the Role
Prime Life are seeking passionate and dedicated care professionals to join their friendly team as a Night Support Worker on either a full-time or part-time basis.
At present, there are several vacant positions available, and interviews are being arranged as soon as possible.
This role will be based at Welholme Road Residential Home in Grimsby, serving 16 residents who live with complex physical disabilities and mental health conditions. Support workers must provide patient, understanding, and respectful care tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves:
- Encouraging residents to lead their highest possible quality of life
- Providing companionship, emotional, and practical support
- Assisting residents in daily living decisions and routine choices
- Helping with personal care, recreational activities, and evening routines
- Ensuring residents comfortably retire to rest
- Promoting independence in food preparation and mealtimes
- Collaborating with other professionals to deliver personalised care plans

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
✔️ A genuine care-driven attitude and a passion for making a real difference ✔️ Patience, understanding, and respect for residents’ unique abilities ✔️ (Preferred but not essential) prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant—training is fully provided ✔️ Comfort working in a 7-day support schedule, covering evening and night shifts (8pm–8am)
