Bank Support Worker at Glebe House
Salary: £13.80 per hour
Hours: Bank - Zero hours
Shift Times: As/when needed in service - 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00)
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Support Worker who is ready to make a positive impact at Glebe House, a modern, purpose-built care home located in Southbourne, near Chichester. It offers 40 residential places and is set in extensive grounds, with nearby shops and local facilities within walking distance.

Job Responsibilities
As a Bank Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. This will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
