Support Worker – Greenhill Care Home (Dementia Care Specialist)
Location: Greenhill Care Home – Beaufort St, Crickhowell, NP8 1AG
Salary: £13.67 per hour
Hours: 0-hour contract
Shift Times: Available as and when required (flexible)

Shaw Healthcare, the UK’s largest Employee-Owned Healthcare company, is seeking a passionate, compassionate, and dedicated Support Worker to join their specialist dementia care team at Greenhill Care Home in Crickhowell.
Greenhill is a beautiful, purpose-built single-storey care home offering 22 residential placements, designed for residents living with dementia. With a lovely garden and convenient access to local amenities and transport, it provides a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for its residents.

Located in a pleasant residential area of Crickhowell, Powys, Greenhill specialises in high-quality dementia care. The care home’s amenities include:

Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker at Greenhill, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your duties will include:
- Providing person-centered care in line with each resident’s personalised care plan
- Assisting with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Accurately recording care sessions, fluid/food intake, activities, and any incidents reported
- Ensuring dignity, inclusivity, and resident choice in all interactions and activities
- Working collaboratively as part of a passionate, multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and caring home environment
- Adhering to Shaw Healthcare’s Values & Codes of Conduct
