Salary: £13.67 per hour
Hours: bank 0 hour contract
Shift Times: As/When needed in service

The Grove is located in Ystradgynlais in a property originally belonging to the local iron master. The Grove features all the modern conveniences and facilities designed to provide our high standard of care. The home focuses on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, encouraging residents to maintain independence while receiving personalised care. The home is well-connected to local amenities and community resources, ensuring residents remain engaged with their surroundings.

Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
Get help with your application

- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
