Bank Support Worker at Trenewydd

Support Worker – Full Training & Development Opportunities

Location: Trenewydd Care Home – Trenewydd, Brecon LD3 8DE Salary: £13.67 per hour Contract: Bank 0 hours (as/when needed in service)


About Trenewydd Care Home

Trenewydd is a 35-bed care home designed to provide a safe, comfortable home for its residents. Our thoughtfully designed environment features:

  • Easily accessible gardens
  • Shared, engaging spaces that encourage interaction while promoting calm and stimulation
  • A welcoming, homely atmosphere, including three communal lounges for family visits

Nestled in Llanfaes, near Brecon, with close access to local amenities, we’re dedicated to making every resident feel at home.

As a Support Worker, you’ll contribute to our residents’ wellbeing through person-centred care, including:

  • Developing and delivering care plans in line with each resident’s needs
  • Supporting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Accurate documentation of residents’ needs, activities, and incidents

  • Collaborating with a dedicated team to maintain a safe, positive, and caring environment
