Wood House, Southmead, Bristol, offers eight self-contained apartments and eight ensuite bedrooms, along with spacious communal areas, designed to meet the needs of individuals with complex care requirements.

Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your role is vital in promoting physical and emotional support to service users. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centred care in line with individual care plans
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Accurately documenting care activities, including fluid/food intake, incidents, and activities
- Ensuring dignity, choice, and inclusion for service users
- Collaborating with a team and supporting colleagues in daily duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
