About the Role

We are looking for a confident Bank Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. Working flexible 12-hour shifts, you’ll provide exceptional care and support at Hawkstone House in Keighley, supporting individuals with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Complex needs
  • Behaviours that may challenge

Daily Responsibilities

Your role will include supporting individuals holistically by delivering:

  • Outstanding care with adaptable, learning-focused approaches
  • Giving guidance and encouragement through both physical and emotional support
  • Understanding individual needs to provide the most appropriate assistance
  • Assisting with reporting on medical and welfare needs
  • Safeguarding while maintaining a safe, clean environment
  • Supporting individuals to engage in the community, including work, education, hobbies, outings, and holidays
  • Empowering independence through activities like cooking, cleaning, and learning tasks
