Location: Plas Cae Crwn Care Home - Shaw Healthcare, Park St, Newtown SY16 1EW

Salary: £13.67 per hour

Hours: Bank 0 hour contract - As/When required in service

Shift Times: 20:00 - 08:00

Plas Cae Crwn is a purpose-built 40 bed care home with modern facilities designed to promote independence, comfort, and safety for its residents. Situated in a pleasant residential area of Newtown, it is conveniently close to a local bus route and nearby shops. The relaxed environment ensures residents feel right at home.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our service users. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities, and incidents
  • Promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
