Flexible Bank Support Worker - We Change Lives
Locations Available: Warrington, Orford, Great Sankey, Woolston, Latchford, and Culcheth
Pay: £12.71 per hour, plus sleep-ins paid at £60 extra
Shift Flexibility: Nights, weekends, sleep-ins, and shorter shifts available.
About the Role
At We Change Lives, our Bank Support Workers play a vital role in delivering high-standard care and empowerment to those who rely on our services.
No two days are alike – you’ll make a real difference by supporting individual needs and goals. Building independence, confidence, and genuine relationships is at the core of your work.
Key Duties May Include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks and routines
- Providing personal care and emotional support
- Administering medication (where necessary)
- Encouraging activities and community engagement
- Promoting wellbeing, autonomy, and positive relationships
