Support Worker – Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health & Complex Needs

Where You’ll Work
Based in Bourne, Lincolnshire, you’ll join a team providing supported living—empowering individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes and local community.
About the Role
We’re seeking support workers to join our outstanding team, helping to deliver positive outcomes for people with:
- Learning Disabilities
- Autism
- Mental Health conditions
- Complex care needs
Key Responsibilities
As part of your day-to-day work, you’ll:
- Encourage independence by helping individuals engage actively in their communities
- Support daily activities, including:
- Personal care
- Routine management
- Meal preparation & budgeting
- Social & recreational activities
- Communicate effectively, using preferred methods (e.g., sign language, visual aids, verbal)
- Engage & motivate individuals to enhance their quality of life
- Provide specialist support, including positive behavioural interventions when needed
- Record-keep accurately, documenting changes in health, habits, or circumstances for management
- Work as a team player, collaborating with colleagues while also demonstrating initiative and autonomy
