🏡 About the Role & Person Supported

Our caring Support Worker is needed within a fully operational service supporting one individual with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

They thrive on community involvement (e.g., frequent charity shop visits, public outings) and highly value trust, patience, and humor—preferably dry sarcastic wit, as their support team can bring a lighthearted demeanour to daily challenges.

This role includes 24-hour shift patterns, rotating between daytimes and nights to ensure full coverage.

⚠️ Flexibility Requirement

This vacancy mandates the greatest flexibility: specified days and timings can change unexpectedly to fit the individual’s scheduling needs.

Gender requirement: 🔹 This role requires a male support worker (per Equality Act 2010 guidelines) – their personal preference is not negotiable.
