Are you a person who is compassionate, understanding and wants to make a difference to young people’s lives?
If you have an affinity for helping people and the challenges they face today, this role may be just what you are looking for. Our Young People’s services provide 24-hour support to young people between the ages of 16 and 25, promoting and developing independent living skills which will enable young people to move on into their own tenancies successfully.
As a Bank Support Worker joining the team, you will work directly with the young people using a person-centred approach allowing people to be involved and invested in their own support. You will work alongside other agencies to ensure that the young people in our service receive the appropriate support tailored to their needs. You will have responsibility for ensuring that all support plans and safety management plans are completed and up to date for the young people, rent accounts are managed and weekly key work sessions are held.
In addition, you will also be completing and monitoring the health and safety of rooms, and the building. You will have a people focus, with strong communication and listening skills. Being friendly, proactive, positive, and approachable is a must and an understanding of a trauma informed approach will ensure you are committed to P3’s values in our delivery of services.
