About the Role

We are looking for experienced healthcare chaplains to join our bank and be available for out-of-hours emergency on-call work. You will be an autonomous practitioner, able to work at Band 6 level, and comfortable and competent at responding to situations of intensity and distress, most commonly being called to deliver pastoral, spiritual, and religious care at the end of someone’s life.

Shift Pattern

We operate a 24/7 on-call rota. You would be expected to be able to travel to Warwick, Stratford, and Leamington Hospitals, and also to Warwick and Coventry Myton. On-call shifts usually run from 4.00 p.m. Sunday – Friday until 0800 the following day, and for 24 hours on Saturdays. You would be expected to be able to respond to a call-out within one hour.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
