Bank Teller or Personal Banker
Description Pathway Bank is looking for a motivated, service-minded individual to join our team as either a Bank Teller or Personal Banker, depending on your experience. Whether you're looking to continue your career in banking or start fresh in a meaningful new role, we’ll provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed. Many of our team members begin as tellers and grow into personal banking and leadership roles — and we’re proud to promote from within.
What You’ll Do: Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions with accuracy Answer questions and help customers find the right solutions Promote products and services that meet customer needs Handle every task with professionalism, confidentiality, and care What We’re Looking For: At Pathway Bank, we care just as much about who you are as what’s on your résumé. - Must pass a credit and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
