Warehouse Operative (Bank Basis)

Supported by a fast-paced logistics hub with next-day delivery standards, we’re seeking a reliable and hardworking operator to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched with precision.

A customer-first mindset is vital, as behind every order is the promise of impeccable service in care logistics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, scan, and label customer orders for dispatch
  • Efficiently sort and allocate inventory to correct delivery lanes
  • Prepare pallet and parcel orders for collection and dispatch
  • Assist in safe vehicle loading/unloading, including collaboration with drivers
  • Wash van routes, load deliveries, and maintain routes
  • Manage stock replenishment to keep picking areas optimised
  • Contribute to smooth warehouse workflow through general support tasks
  • Handle goods-in, stock audits, and delivery confirmation where required
  • Maintain strict housekeeping standards aligned with 5S principles
  • Meet targets and KPIs for productivity and accuracy

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Preferred: experience in warehouse, logistics, or order fulfilment
  • Essential: strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Essential: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and clear communication
  • Flexible, adaptable, and reliable in unpredictable circumstances
  • Basic warehouse system familiarity and IT literacy
  • Knowledge of essential health & safety protocols
  • Desirable: experience with forklifts, pallet trucks, or manual handling
