Job Title: Banking & Finance Lawyer

Role Details:

  • Advise clients on a wide range of banking and finance matters, from day‑to‑day lending arrangements to complex financing transactions
  • Structure, draft, and negotiate finance documents across areas such as secured lending, acquisition finance, and real estate finance
  • Support borrowers, lenders, and investors on financing transactions, including debt, project, and asset finance
  • Provide commercially focused guidance on restructuring, refinancing, and distressed situations
  • Advise on regulatory requirements and risk considerations within financial transactions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and delivering practical, solutions-focused support
  • Proactively develop and manage your own client portfolio in a fee-share environment
  • Collaborate with other consultants and specialists to deliver seamless, high-quality legal services
