Banking & Finance Lawyers (4+ PQE) | London 🚨
I’m currently instructed on two excellent opportunities with a highly regarded international law firm, which continues to invest in its London Banking & Finance practice.
Current Openings:
- Senior Associate (4–6 PQE)
- Principal Associate (6+ PQE)
This role involves joining a collaborative team advising on high-value domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with particular specialism in:
- Listed funds
- Structured finance matters

Target Candidates:
I’m particularly interested in speaking with Banking & Finance Associates from leading UK, US, and international firms, who meet the following criteria:
- Strong general Banking & Finance experience
- Exposure to listed funds or related financing work
- England and Wales qualified, with UK-based experience
