Banking and Finance Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bristol, GBP 85,000+ (DOE): This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, complex finance transactions while developing your career within a supportive and collaborative environment. JOB REF:4663.
The Role
This impressive Banking and Finance practice advises a broad client base, including banks, financial institutions, corporate borrowers, investors, sponsors, and public sector organisations.
- You will be involved in a varied caseload covering areas such as corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance, fund finance, asset-based lending, and derivatives.
- You will work alongside experienced lawyers, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with leading law firms on cross-border matters.

Skills Required
Applications are sought from Banking and Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
- Experience advising on Banking and Finance transactions gained within private practice or an in-house legal team.
- A strong technical understanding of finance law and a commercial approach to client service.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
