Banking and Treasury Administrator

Banking and Treasury Administrator – Fixed Term Contract (3 Months)

Location: Greater Manchester (M26 1GG) – Office: Support Centre Working Arrangement: Full-time Hybrid

Join our dynamic Finance Team at mydentist’s Support Centre, a growing dental network that transforms how dentistry is delivered. As a Banking and Treasury Administrator, you’ll work in a supportive environment with flexible hybrid options, free onsite parking, and easy access to Kearsley train station.

Key Responsibilities

As a Banking and Treasury Administrator, your role includes:

  • Reconciliation tasks

    • Reconcile actual bank deposits with expected revenues recorded in our Practice IT systems.
    • Investigate reconciliation discrepancies with the Practice Management team.
    • Flag suspected fraud and escalate concerns to the Treasury Team Leader and Audit Team for further review.
  • System Integrity & Reporting

    • Ensure the accuracy of reconciliation software and verify changes due to our acquisition program.
    • Produce consolidated variance reports with in-depth analysis.
