The Team
Our Banking & Finance team offers comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of clients across borrowers/sponsors, lenders and public sector bodies. You'll work on transactions across sectors like energy & infrastructure, real estate and financial services. Our expertise spans real estate finance, project finance, corporate banking, acquisition finance, fund finance, asset-based lending and derivatives.
We provide mentorship, training, and exposure to a variety of transactions and clients, including cross-border deals with international clients and law firms. You'll collaborate with ambitious and supportive colleagues and prestigious clients like HSBC, Zorin, Lloyds, Tristan Capital, Pluto Capital, Mobico and Octopus.

What You'll Need
Relevant experience working on Banking & Finance matters Must be an SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
