The Role
You will work alongside leading Banking partners advising an impressive client base of banks, financial institutions, borrowers, investors and corporate clients on a broad range of complex finance transactions spanning corporate lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance, syndicated and bilateral lending, development finance, refinancing, security arrangements and wider structured finance matters.
