Legal Intelligence & Knowledge Team

London / Remote Hybrid | Full-Time or Part-Time

Are you an experienced Banking & Finance lawyer looking to step away from fee-earning while staying at the forefront of legal developments?

A leading legal intelligence and knowledge platform is expanding its specialist Knowledge Team and is seeking talented Banking & Finance lawyers to help build and shape a market-leading knowledge service.

This is an exceptional opportunity to combine your technical expertise with legal analysis, writing and thought leadership, while enjoying greater flexibility and work-life balance.

The Opportunity

Joining a fast-growing and innovative legal business, you'll play a key role in developing premium legal content and practical guidance used by leading law firms and in-house legal teams. Working alongside experienced knowledge lawyers, barristers and legal editors, you'll help shape the future of a cutting-edge legal intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching, writing, reviewing and maintaining high-quality Banking & Finance content
  • Developing new resources, practical guidance, precedents, commentary and legal updates
  • Monitoring legal and market developments to identify issues relevant to subscribers
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts, barristers, knowledge lawyers and editorial teams
  • Responding to customer queries and helping shape future content priorities
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of an innovative legal technology product

About You

  • ✔ Qualified lawyer with 7+ years' PQE
  • ✔ Strong Banking & Finance experience gained in private practice or at the Bar
  • ✔ Recent transactional experience highly desirable
  • ✔ Experience in real estate finance, leveraged finance, or broader financing transactions would be particularly valuable
  • ✔ Exceptional legal drafting, analytical and communication skills
  • ✔ Passion for translating complex legal developments into clear, practical guidance
  • ✔ Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
