Banking and Finance Associate (NQ – 1 year PQE)
This top-tier offshore law firm is looking for a Banking and Finance Associate for its market-leading Guernsey office.
Joining a team that includes some of the leading specialists in the market, you can expect hands-on exposure to a broad range of lender and borrower work spanning areas such as fund finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and restructuring.
You can expect plenty of responsibility and client contact, making it ideal for someone with strong technical and communication skills. Opportunities for progression are excellent.
Requirements
- NQ-1 year PQE level.
- Credentials from a good UK/international/offshore law firm (City or regional welcome).
- Admitted in the UK, Ireland, or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction.
- Banking/Finance experience (for NQs - at least one training seat).
- Good academics (2.1 or above).
- A commitment to relocate to Guernsey.
