What To Expect
We’re looking for a forward thinking, commercially driven Product Lead to shape the development and innovation of cash and banking services at the Post Office. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and delivery of products and services strategies, using your deep expertise in financial services, payments, or fintech to identify emerging trends and uncover new growth opportunities. You will be responsible for driving the evolution of our capabilities, ensuring we remain relevant, resilient, and positioned for sustainable revenue growth.
As a key leader within the Banking team, you’ll foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and high performance, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results. You’ll work closely with industry partners and internal stakeholders to build insight driven strategies, shape decision making, and champion continuous improvement across the function.
They will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance across their teams, delivering banking product and revenue growth to drive decision-making across Banking.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have recent demonstrable experience in a strategic product role within Banking, Payments, fintech or Financial Services: In addition, you will possess:
- Extensive experience and working knowledge of products and services within the Banking, Payments, fintech or Financial Services
- Evidence of conducting market and competitor analysis using this to inform strategic product and service development
- Demonstrable experience of developing business cases for new products and services including product pricing strategy, product execution and P&L generation
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration to deliver and contribute to the business strategy and revenue targets
