This is a role for an experienced accountant with leadership experience, stepping into a position where you will oversee daily operations, support strategic delivery and play a central role in process improvement, training and system enhancements as Banking Manager.

How you'll make your mark

  • Oversee daily banking operations, managing workloads, deadlines and team delivery to a high standard.
  • Support strategic delivery and play an active role in process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Lead and support audits and reconciliations, maintaining strong controls and compliance including SOX.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively across the business.
  • Contribute to training and capability development within the team.
  • Drive performance with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on efficient, high-quality outcomes.
