A large and rapidly expanding national law firm is keen to speak with strong Banking & Finance Partners, as well as senior Banking & Finance lawyers with a strong following or demonstrable business case who are looking to step up into a Partner-level role. The firm has built an impressive reputation within the legal market for its entrepreneurial culture, commercial approach, and modern way of working. With continued investment across its regional offices and ambitious long-term growth plans, the firm continues to attract high-quality work, strong referral networks, and experienced lawyers looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking platform. This opportunity would suit an ambitious and commercially minded Banking & Finance lawyer seeking the autonomy to further develop and grow their own practice within a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm is particularly interested in individuals who can bring established lender relationships, strong referrer connections, or a clear strategy for future growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued expansion of the Banking & Finance offering, working closely with senior leadership while benefiting from a highly regarded national platform, strong internal referral network, and excellent infrastructure and support systems. Location is flexible for the right individual. Key areas of experience: Real estate finance transactions Corporate lending and acquisition finance Secured lending matters Refinancing and restructuring transactions Acting for lenders, borrowers, investors, and financial institutions Bilateral and syndicated lending arrangements Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documentation Intercreditor and guarantee arrangements Property finance and development finance transactions General banking and finance advisory work Business development and client relationship management Team leadership, supervision, and mentoring experience Key skills and attributes: Strong technical Banking & Finance expertise Established Partner-level experience or readiness to step into a Partner role Existing following, lender relationships, referrer network, or demonstrable business case Proven ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships Commercial awareness with a strategic and growth-focused mindset Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach Ability to contribute strategically to the continued growth and development of the practice area The firm offers: Remuneration consistently above market rate Attractive and comprehensive benefits package Access to high-quality work and an established client base Strong internal referral network and cross-selling opportunities A modern, supportive, and collaborative working environment Genuine autonomy and long-term progression opportunities Significant investment into growth, infrastructure, and regional expansion This represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Banking & Finance lawyer to join a highly successful and growing national firm at an exciting stage of its development.
