Banking Partnership Manager

How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?
Maintain and strengthen OpenPayd’s relationships with strategic partners, including their senior management teams Supporting the Chief Banking Officer and the wider OpenPayd business to develop and maintain global banking and fintech relationships that add value to OpenPayd and its customers Work with Sales and Customer Success to ensure that they are well informed of any changes to existing relationships and where to place existing clients and new prospects Manage the banking integration projects - working across departments- Sales /Compliance / Technical / Customer Success Keep up to date with new technologies and payment rails that could add value to OpenPayd product offering Monitor and track transaction volumes to ensure best pricing is achieved Manage annual KYC reviews and approvals Support the onboarding of banking partners Proactively resolve operational and relationship issues Coordinate and support ongoing partner-related activities and approvals

The ideal candidate will have the following:
At least 5-6 years of total professional work experience with at least 2+ years of partnerships experience within financial institutions and Banks Strong product knowledge and a track record of working effectively across multiple business functions Understanding of SEPA/SWIFT / Ibans / Banking Rails models Comprehensive experience implementing industry-wide partnership networks Experience negotiating complex commercial and product deals with tier 1 banking and payments institutions Superb verbal and written communication skills to effectively work cross-functionally and can speak and influence different teams internally and externally Excellent communications and negotiating skills Team focused individual able to compromise and work well across team Ability to travel if required
