About The Role
A Banking Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE is sought to join a UK 200 commercial law firm in Manchester. This permanent role offers a salary up to £65,000 depending on experience. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of banking and finance matters, supporting multiple teams on high-quality transactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and reviewing banking documentation, such as bespoke facility agreements and Loan Market Association (LMA) documents.
- Collaborating with lawyers across various practice areas.

The Role
Working closely with lawyers across multiple practice areas, you will advise on a broad range of banking and finance matters, drafting and reviewing banking documentation, including bespoke facility agreements and Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation. You will play a key role in supporting complex commercial transactions, collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice to an impressive client base. The Candidate
Applications are sought from Solicitors with at least 2 years' PQE and a strong background in banking and finance. You will have experience drafting and reviewing banking documentation, including bespoke facility agreements and Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation. The successful candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and enjoy working collaboratively across multiple legal disciplines. You will be commercially minded, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities while delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
