The Role

Working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a broad range of banking and finance transactions while supporting clients across a variety of sectors. You will assist with transactional matters from instruction through to completion, including managing conditions precedent, signing, and completion processes, while building strong client relationships and delivering commercially focused advice. The role also offers the opportunity to supervise trainees and paralegals, contribute to business development initiatives, and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

The Candidate

Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors with 1:2 years PQE and a strong grounding in general banking and finance matters gained within a private practice setting. You will demonstrate excellent technical ability, strong organisational skills, and a commercially focused approach to client service.

Exposure to real estate finance, development finance, health and social care finance, or cross-border transactions would be advantageous, although not essential.
