About the location
Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. As impressive inside as out, this famous five-star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Cooper's Cut (Modern Steakhouse), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar)

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Banqueting Kitchen, working alongside the Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine to lead daily operations and support the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences.

The role
As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for a section within the Banqueting Kitchen, supervising and supporting Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs while ensuring consistent quality, organisation, and standards. This kitchen is responsible for Banqueting production and also oversees the Staff Cafeteria operation, offering a varied and fast paced environment where leadership, structure, and teamwork are key. You will play an active role in service, preparation, and training, acting as a role model for junior chefs and supporting smooth execution during busy periods.
What you will do
- Lead and supervise your kitchen section during preparation and service
- Support the Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine in delivering banqueting menus to Four Seasons standards
- Guide, train, and motivate Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs
- Ensure dishes are prepared and presented consistently and on time
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in line with food safety procedures
- Follow HACCP, COSHH, and health and safety regulations at all times
- Support stock control, rotation, and waste management
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel or quality kitchen environment
- Experience working in banqueting or high volume kitchen operations is highly desirable
- Strong foundation in fresh food preparation and kitchen organisation
- Confidence leading and supporting junior chefs
- A calm, reliable, and team focused approach
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Right to Work in the UK
