As a Banqueting Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding dishes for our banqueting and events service. You will ensure your section runs smoothly and to the highest standards, while contributing to the creativity, precision and excellence that define Nobu. Working collaboratively with your team, you will support in maintaining a clean, safe and inspiring kitchen environment.

You will

  • Assist the banqueting team in creating a highly regarded kitchen that reflects Nobu standards and expectations
  • Manage and oversee the smooth running of your section
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen with stock checks, labelling, audits and equipment care, always adhering to health and safety requirements
  • Ensure you and junior team members have a full understanding of the menu offering
  • Prepare dishes with precision and consistency, ensuring flawless quality and presentation
  • Contribute innovative ideas for new dishes or specials that enhance the menu
  • Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to work every day
  • Act as an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values and commitment to excellence and teamwork
