Banqueting Chef de Partie

Marcliffe Hotel & Spa is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie – Banqueting to join our professional kitchen team.
Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food for weddings, conferences, private dining, and a variety of prestigious events. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes for banqueting and events.
- Take ownership of your designated section during preparation and service.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Support the senior chefs with menu preparation and event service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and reducing food waste.
- Mentor and support junior members of the kitchen team.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within a hotel or banqueting operation.
- Passion for producing outstanding food.
- Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
