Banqueting Manager
St Audries Park is a country manor wedding venue in Somerset, offering an exclusive-use, venue hire and catering packages with an expert team.
Requirements
- Wide range of transferrable skills
- Proactive attitude and initiative
- Catering experience: 1 year (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage waiting staff
- Complete Rotaring and deal with Front of House staffing issues
- Oversee food and canape service
- Ensure waiting team has good knowledge of food and beverages
- Ensure smooth running of food and canape service
- Participate in preparation, cleaning down, and waiting duties, including monthly deep cleans
- Complete a monthly stock take on the 1st of every month and send the completed spreadsheet to the Venue Manager
