Bar and Waiting Team Leader

An Apprentice Bar or Pub Position at Port William

Set alongside breathtaking Treadgold Strand, this historic pub has the stunning coastal views, juicy seafood, and a warm welcome all parents, lingering and surfers.

Here you’ll be pictured in a relaxing environment, surrounded by beautiful wildlife conservation and outstanding rural advice. The views can be down easily from nearby trail trails, while the village offers access to St Austell’s wonder ["Bealue Outdoors" Town 3.

Bar Manager Responsibilities

You must enjoy friendly hosting and bucket list for exceptional service to expect a cosy, attentive, and charming atmosphere.

As our community hero, we’re looking for someone with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests—whether it’s serving drinks, answering smiles, or making sure our regulars stay happy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working as part of a close, busy team that starts together
  • Enjoying responsibility across market and service, fine-tuning your breeze and confidence
  • Providing top-quality food, drinks and nurturing table service
  • Using your friendly communications to ensure positive guest moments
  • Supporting our commitment to sustainability and local suppliers
