Bar Assistant

Bar Personnel – Zero Hours Contract (Permanent Casual)

At Eurest, we’re recruiting passionate Bar Personnel to deliver beautifully crafted drinks and exceptional customer service on a zero-hours contract (permanent casual basis, no minimum hours). About the Role

You’ll be responsible for creating perfect drinks and delivering top-tier bar service while maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment. Eurest fosters a people-powered culture where motivation, teamwork, and customer delight drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting and Serving Drinks

    • Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food to delight customers
    • Ensure drinks are presented beautifully and served efficiently
  • Bar Operations

    • Maintain a clean, functional bar area
    • Keep up-to-date knowledge of all beverages—preparation guidelines and presentation standards
  • Customer Service & Sales

    • Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
    • Provide a first-class service experience with an emphasis on quality and hospitality
