Compensation: £12.71 per hour Weekly Hours: 10

## About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar Assistants. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service.
As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless experience—whether sipping a drink at the bar or dining on-site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive team with opportunities for personal development and career growth.

## Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a smile, delivering prompt, friendly, and attentive service
- Assist with the preparation and serving of food and drinks, adhering to company standards for quality and presentation
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring bar areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and well-maintained
- Monitor and restock food and beverage items, helping with freshness and stock rotation
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to uphold excellent service standards and contribute to a positive work environment
- Process transactions (cash and card payments) accurately, while following all cash handling procedures
- Provide helpful guidance to guests, promoting park facilities and services, and promptly resolving queries
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
## Requirements
- Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or customer service role is advantageous but not essential (full training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
