Salary: Up to £13.00 per hour depending on age

The Role
As a team member, you will be trained in various front-of-house skills such as greeting and hosting, Bar server & Cocktail making (18+), Barista, Expediting, Waiting, Table clearing, Cleaning and stock control. You'll serve as a knowledgeable resource for customer enquiries, offering insights into our delicious menu items and ensuring each customer enjoys a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- To understand and comply with licensing regulations and the venues to serve alcoholic beverages.
- To ensure the Weights and Measures Act and Trade Descriptions Act are always adhered to.
- To undertake any necessary training as deemed necessary by management.
- To assist with diary management and carvery bookings.
- To ensure all tables and seating are prepared ready for customers.
- To prepare hot and cold beverages in a timely manner.
- To assist on the floor and support the waiting staff where necessary, meeting and greeting all customers on arrival and waiting on tables as appropriate.
- To ensure the specials boards and opening times are displayed and up to date.
- To ensure all necessary transactions are made through the till and to declare/record any till mistakes or errors to the Front of House Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Complex Supervisor.
- To assist with checking incoming deliveries, noting any shortages/discrepancies.
- To assist with effective rotation of stock using the F.I.F.O method and notify the Front of House Manager of any stock shortages.
- Assist with the training of new staff, allowing them to shadow your movements.
- To assist with the correct recording of wastage.
- Assist guests with any issues that arise in the arcade.
- Carry out daily cleaning Duties.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and training, including opening and closing procedures in the respective areas of the F&B department.
- Report guest feedback to management so that the business can learn and develop its service style and offering.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues.
- To report any concerns regarding the welfare of guests and/or staff to the Front of House Manager without delay.
- Report any Health & Safety matters immediately to the FOH Manager /Assistant Manager/ Complex Supervisor and take remedial action within the realms of your training, ensuring the Company remains compliant.
- To comply with the company policies regarding the following:
- Fire
- Health & Safety
- COSHH
- Security
- Any other ad hoc duties requested by management.

- Previous experience in hospitality or bar work (18+) is an advantage
- Flexibility with ability to work weekends
