Bar & Cellar Coordinator

Bar & Cellar Coordinator Easter Road Stadium – Home of Hibernian FC Join the team behind the matchday experience We're looking for an experienced and motivated Bar & Cellar Coordinator to join our operations team at Easter Road Stadium. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in ensuring our bars, hospitality suites, and event spaces are fully stocked, compliant, and ready to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Working closely with the Hospitality Manager and wider operations team, you'll oversee cellar operations, stock management, bar preparation, and matchday replenishment across the stadium. Working Pattern & Pay This is a casual, hourly-paid position offering flexibility while averaging 37.5 hours per week throughout the year. £15.00 per hour Average 37.5 hours per week Flexible working pattern Evening, weekend, and matchday working required What You'll Be Doing Stock & Cellar Management Managing stock ordering, deliveries, and inventory control across the stadium. Receiving, checking, and moving stock safely and efficiently. Ensuring all bars and hospitality areas are fully stocked and event-ready. Maintaining accurate stock records and reporting any discrepancies. Managing cellar operations, including stock rotation and product quality control. Ensuring all products are stored correctly, safely, and within date. Matchday & Event Operations Leading stock replenishment operations across the stadium during matchdays and events. Acting as a key point of contact between managers, supervisors, and bar teams. Supporting the smooth operation of all bars and hospitality outlets. Monitoring service levels and responding quickly to operational requirements. Working closely with the Hospitality Manager to ensure bar teams are supported and operating effectively. Bar Operations Preparing and setting up bars prior to events and matchdays. Ensuring bars are clean, organised, fully equipped, and ready for service. Overseeing opening and closing procedures across designated outlets. Ensuring all operational checklists are completed accurately and on time. Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout all bar areas. Compliance, Health & Safety Ensuring line cleaning schedules are completed and documented. Maintaining excellent cellar standards and hygiene procedures. Carrying out regular health, safety, and fire safety checks. Ensuring all back-of-house areas remain clean, organised, and safe. Monitoring fire exits, walkways, and storage areas to ensure they remain clear and compliant. Supporting food safety and licensing compliance requirements. Non-Matchday Responsibilities Assisting managers with conferences, meetings, private events, and functions. Supporting the delivery of hospitality and catering services throughout the stadium. Assisting with venue openings and closures. Supporting event setup, room preparation, and operational requirements. Providing general operational support across the business as required. What We're Looking For Previous experience within bar operations, cellar management, hospitality, or event operations. Strong organisational and stock management skills. Knowledge of cellar procedures and beverage quality standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. A proactive approach to problem solving. Understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements. Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced matchday environment. Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays. Why Join Us?
