Bar & Coffee Associate
With over 20 years of global Hospitality experience, RH Hospitality continues to expand its distinguished portfolio of Restaurants within our Design Galleries. We aim to merge home and hospitality, creating an immersive experience that connects guests with the RH lifestyle.
RH is seeking a knowledgeable and service-minded Bar & Coffee Associate to deliver an elevated beverage experience that embodies luxury hospitality. This role involves guiding guests through their drink journey, ensuring impeccable quality, consistency, and presentation. Ideal candidates are passionate about wine, coffee, and cocktails, committed to collaborative team environments, and dedicated to continuous learning.
Your Responsibilities
- Create a memorable, warm, and inviting guest experience by upholding RH’s highest hospitality standards
- Precisely prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with attention to quality, accuracy, and presentation
- Adhere to RH’s beverage recipes, service methods, and standards for consistency
- Connect with guests through passionate, tailored recommendations, from pairings to seasonal selections
- Maintain bar areas, storage spaces, and service zones in clean, organized, and curated condition
- Stock, rotate, and replenish bar inventory—bottles, garnishes, glassware, and mixers—to support smooth service
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying a polished, professional 늘블 and showcasing deep knowledge of the full RH menu (particularly beverages)
- Sustain a "Full Hands In, Full Hands Out" workflow mindset, anticipating guest and team needs
- Collaborate with management to conduct beverage inventory and contribute to service efficiency and financial goals

Our Requirements
- 2+ years of beverage production or service experience, with expertise in wine, coffee, or cocktails
- Strong proficiency in English (relevant for global communication)
- Legal authorization to work in the applicable country from the point of hire
- Compliance with local regulations regarding minimum age for alcohol service, shift work, and safe work responsibilities
- Commitment to high professional standards, including uniform adherence, grooming, and hygiene
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts (flexibility required)

Physical Requirements
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching (including overhead and below-counter actions)
- Lifting/moving items up to 25kg with safe handling techniques
- Extended standing/walking as part of daily operations
- Climbing stairs (with/without carrying items)
- Navigating busy, low-lit bar areas with focus on safety
- Strict adherence to kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
