Be the General Manager of Bartholomew’s Bar at London Museum
Be the General Manager of Bartholomew’s Bar at London Museum, one of London's most significant cultural openings. The doors open on 28 November in the heart of historic Smithfield, bringing together thousands of years of London's history through world-class events, experiences, and hospitality.
We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational Bar General Manager to shape and lead Bartholomew’s Bar operation. This is far more than an operational leadership role. It's an opportunity to establish world-class standards, build and inspire a high-performing team, and create memorable guest experiences through exceptional collaboration, an innovative beverage programme, and a commitment to seasonality, sustainability, and commercial excellence.

- Lead the day-to-day bar operation, setting the standard for service, quality, and guest experience.

Collaboration

What you’ll bring as Bar General Manager?
- Proven experience leading a premium, high-volume bar with a strong understanding of cocktails and beverage operations.
- A hands-on leadership style, able to inspire your team and remain calm and decisive during busy service.
- Strong commercial and operational awareness, with experience managing stock, labour, and financial performance.
