Role Overview
Wherever we are, we do more than serve. We bring places to life through food, service and creativity and we’re looking for a Bar Logistics to join our team in London.
Salary: £14.80 per hour
Working Pattern: Permanent Casual
Location: London
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Receive, check, and accurately store all food, beverage, and non-food deliveries.
- Deliver stock to bars and retail outlets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate stock rotation using FIFO principles and ensure products are stored correctly.
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure bars remain fully stocked throughout service.
- Support stock counts and stocktakes as directed by the Logistics Manager.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries promptly.
- Keep all back-of-house storage areas, cellars, and loading bays clean, organised, and safe.
- Safely operate manual handling equipment and follow all lifting procedures.
- Assist with waste management, recycling, and disposal in line with company procedures.
- Support bar teams with urgent stock requests during busy service periods.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down stock and equipment for events.
- Ensure all deliveries and stock movements are completed in accordance with company procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, equipment faults, or safety hazards to the Logistics Manager.
- Work collaboratively with bar, kitchen, and events teams to support smooth daily operations.
- Follow all company policies relating to food safety, licensing, health and safety, and security.
