Role Overview

Wherever we are, we do more than serve. We bring places to life through food, service and creativity and we’re looking for a Bar Logistics to join our team in London.

Salary: £14.80 per hour
Working Pattern: Permanent Casual
Location: London

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Receive, check, and accurately store all food, beverage, and non-food deliveries.
  • Deliver stock to bars and retail outlets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate stock rotation using FIFO principles and ensure products are stored correctly.
  • Assist with stock replenishment to ensure bars remain fully stocked throughout service.
  • Support stock counts and stocktakes as directed by the Logistics Manager.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries promptly.
  • Keep all back-of-house storage areas, cellars, and loading bays clean, organised, and safe.
  • Safely operate manual handling equipment and follow all lifting procedures.
  • Assist with waste management, recycling, and disposal in line with company procedures.
  • Support bar teams with urgent stock requests during busy service periods.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down stock and equipment for events.
  • Ensure all deliveries and stock movements are completed in accordance with company procedures.
  • Report maintenance issues, equipment faults, or safety hazards to the Logistics Manager.
  • Work collaboratively with bar, kitchen, and events teams to support smooth daily operations.
  • Follow all company policies relating to food safety, licensing, health and safety, and security.
