Bar Manager
Are you an experienced bar professional with a passion for great service, exceptional drinks and creating a vibrant atmosphere? We're looking for a dynamic & charismatic Bar Manager to join our team.
Working closely with the General Manager you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bar manager in a high-end high-volume venue.
- Advantageous if you have previous experience in fine dining or high end restaurants
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage and develop a diverse team.
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage the bar, oversee daily bar operations on all 4 floors, ensuring smooth service at pace, whilst maintaining high standards.
- Inspire and manager a team of bartenders, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and maintain an exciting drink menu, create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experiences for our guests.
- Monitor stock levels, keep track of stock usage and place orders when required.
- Mentor and train bar staff to improve their skills and provide them with opportunities to grown within the company.
- Work closely with the management team to implement new ideas that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.
