Bar Des Prés, Mayfair, the international flagship of Cyril Lignac’s renowned culinary philosophy, blends elegance with the warmth of a neighbourhood community. Bringing together the finest of French and East Asian influences, we offer our guests a sleek, refined, and memorable experience unlike any other.
We are now looking for a talented and driven Bar Manager to lead our bar team and help deliver outstanding service and unforgettable guest experiences.

What We Are Looking For:
The ideal Bar Manager will:
- Bring previous experience in a similar bar management role within a high-end or premium hospitality environment
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a bar team
- Be passionate about exceptional service, cocktail quality, and guest engagement
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, luxury setting
- Manage stock, costs, and operational standards effectively
- Embody our luxurious ethos while delivering a warm and welcoming guest experience
