Take the lead with La Squadra as BAR MANAGER in Manchester 🇬🇧
For Circolo Popolare, our restaurant in Manchester (No 1, St Michael's, 36 Jackson's Row), we are looking for out next rising star. As Bar Manager, you embody our values of excellence, meritocracy, entrepreneurship and authenticity on a daily basis in the restaurant. You report to the General Manager and your key areas of responsibility include:

Your Missions:
- Management of a team of 8 people.
- Management of team plannings / Guarantor of the monthly People Cost.
- Responsible for the quality of cocktails, monitoring of customer comments, guarantor of compliance with recipe sheets.
- Participation in the creation of new recipes in collaboration with the Beverage Group Manager.
- Responsible for the Food Cost on the beverage part.
- Carrying out inventories.
- Management of order placement and their proper execution.
- Training and supporting the team on a daily basis.
Your Skills:
- Dynamic, passionate about good products.
- Confirmed experience in a similar position.
- Confirmed team management.
- Excellent leader and trainer.
- Knowledge of mixology.
